Metal sector is one of IREFCO’s main clients, which is separated into two groups for simplicity of service: ferrous and non-ferrous.
Non-ferrous metal industries include aluminum, copper, lead and zinc, ferroalloys, and others, whereas ferrous metal industries include steel, iron, and ferroalloy.
Ladles, ovens, EBT and Tap Hole furnaces, electric arc furnaces, induction furnaces, plant furnaces, converters, and crossbars all employ refractory materials provided by these firms.
