Pre-sale, during-sale and after-sale engineering services are among IREFCO’s sales engineering services. One of the key functions of this department is to investigate, handle, and react to client requests, critiques, and technical difficulties in a timely way.

Other services in sales engineering services include designs and calculations to determine the type and number of consumable items, a layout plan and training of bricklaying, the presence and supervision of human resources during bricklaying, troubleshooting the technical problems, solving the damage after installation, and visiting the customer site with knowledgeable and responsible personnel.
